Official Rules – “New Season 2026, New Race” Giveaway by Vert.run
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Vert.run.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Vert.run may be excluded from participation at Vert.run’s discretion.
3. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) free race entry for any trail running event taking place in 2026, up to a maximum value of USD 300.
The prize includes only the race entry fee. It does not include travel, accommodation, meals, equipment, or any other related expenses.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Complete the official online entry form provided by Vert.run during the promotion period.
b) Provide their full name and a valid email address.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries using different email addresses for the same individual may result in disqualification.
5. Entry Deadline
Entries will be accepted until March 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time, United States).
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw on March 27, 2026, from all eligible participants who completed the required steps.
7. Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
Vert.run may also announce the winner through its official communication channels (for example, Instagram or newsletter).
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Vert.run reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
The selected race entry must be available for purchase and allow individual registration within the USD 300 limit.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Vert.run reserves the right to verify compliance with all participation requirements and to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the giveaway mechanics.
By entering, participants agree that Vert.run may contact them via email regarding this giveaway. Participation may also add them to Vert.run’s email list. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, without affecting their eligibility or chances in the giveaway.
9. Data Protection and Use of Information
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that the personal data they provide (including name and email address) will be collected and processed by Vert.run for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and communicating information related to this promotion.
Where clearly stated and subject to participant consent at the time of entry, Vert.run may share participant information with selected partner brands participating in the giveaway.
