We asked him to tell us about his workouts on the ship to help keep you feeling motivated. So, here’s what Zach had to share with us about his indoor training!

“Rolling Mountains”

A while back, we shared trail running couple Ragna Debats and Pere Aurell’s project about traveling the world with their child, doing races and discovering new places.

This week, we share with you the second episode in which the couple heads to South America. The vid’s got amazing footage of the Aconcagua area and the south of Argentina, and shows as they race on the of the continent’s most iconic races: “4 Refugios”.

WHAT INSPIRED US THIS WEEK

What to read:

With all the news being basically about COVID-19, we thought we’d share this interesting article from GQ Magazine about one of the greatest marathon runners of all time: Eliud Kipchoge. In this article you’ll get a glimpse into Kipochoge’s day to day life–plus, you’ll also find some really cool photos of him that you wouldn’t expect.

You can read the article here.

What to listen to:

Semi-rad (if you haven’t seen his Instagram we recommend you give him a follow) has a podcast. Before COVID-19 got really out of control, he sat down with Joe Grant and had a really nice interview, which he shares in this podcast. Joe talks about his adventures from the past decade, tells lots of stories, and finishes up by talking about the types of projects that most motivate him right now. Definitely an interview worth listening to; enjoy as Joe takes you into the world past sport itself and into the spirit behind it.
